Due to our uninterrupted growth, we are looking for reinforcement in the area of product management with immediate effect in a permanent position for Berlin.
Your tasks:
- Setup and responsibility for a core product
- Establish a clear vision, strategy, roadmap and metrics for the product
- Aligning the vision, roadmap and KPIs within the team and across the organization
- Being an expert in understanding our customers and their problems and making customer-centric decisions
- Understanding the market in which our product is offered
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to validate hypotheses with users
What we are looking for:
- Corresponding completed studies
- Experience in FinTech product management
- Track record of developing a product from concept to launch
- Creation of product roadmaps
- Experience in evaluating and resulting in decisions based on UX
- Ability to make decisions for technical implementations
Preferred Qualifikations:
- Experience in developing highly scalable products
- Experience coaching or leading cross-functional teams
- Experience in the BNPL, consumer lending, or e-commerce space
